Valentine’s Day

Everything in my look from head to toe.

Starting with the jaw-dropping dress in hot pink. You can find this dress at the online boutique ShopBuddyLove.com. With its soft inside lining and stunning shape this dress is just as fun to wear as it is to look at.

Now my shoes are absolutely to die for. They are so comfortable and I could walk in them literally all day. While they are on the more expensive side I get so much use out of these heels. They are rhinestoned so I wear them to elevate any look, but they also provide a bit of subtlety because they are thin if you are already wearing a statement outfit.

Finally a sleek and understated bag from Cult Gaia to complete the outfit. This purse is so perfect because of its neutral tone and matte gold hardware. You can pair it with nearly any outfit, but I chose it for this outfit to make sure that my dress stood out.

Moving on to the jewelry I opted for a subtle necklace and wore a simple marquis cut diamond necklace that was made from my mother’s diamond ring. I wanted to chose something that had sentimental value since Valentine’s Day is all about the ones you love. I also chose this necklace because I knew it wouldn’t distract from the dress, while still bringing some sparkle to my outfit.

On my left wrist, I wore my thin gold watch with a black face from Lola Rose to give me a sophisticated, but again subtle look. On my other wrist I just wore one gold bead bracelet from Bauble Bar and another thing gold chain bracelet from Amazon. This bracelet combo is my everyday go-to especially because both are water resistant. I shower, swim and sweat in these bracelets so I promise you they are worth every penny and elevate every look for such a low price.

Finally for hair and makeup I went for a soft glam look since my boyfriend hates when I wear “too much makeup” because I am “more beautiful without it.” I’m sure you are thinking “Aw how sweet,” well I love wearing makeup because it’s fun and therapeutic to apply. Anyways, because I love him so much and we were going to a fancy dinner I did a soft glam barely any makeup look.

I curled my hair just like any other day, but I brushed the curls out a lot this time to give a softer more elegant look. I had honestly never brushed through my curls so much and I actually really loved the way it turned out so I think I will definitely be doing that more often.

When it comes to my “soft glam” makeup look I tend to use nude or brown eyeshadows and a deeper pink to purple blush. This time I used my Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Contour Wand in shade medium to deep as my eyeshadow and blended it with my Rare Beauty Stay Vulnerable All-Over eyeshadow brush.

For blush I love using the Rare Beauty Soft Pinch Liquid Blush in shade Encourage. Now you have to keep in mind that the entire Rare Beauty Soft Pinch Liquid Blush line is super pigmented so you barely need any product in order to have a good blush look. This makes this product a must-have for every makeup fanatic because of how long one tube will last and the bold look that it will give you with every use.

On my lips I always use the Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Lipstick and Lip Liner set in shade Pink Nude, also known as Pillow Talk Original. This lip combo is so beautiful on and feels fantastic on the lips.
